All services provided are digital marketing strategies, and results vary based on multiple factors including industry competition, current online presence, website structure, and algorithmic changes.

3. No Guaranteed Rankings or Results

SEO involves numerous external factors that cannot be controlled. Therefore:

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Page 1 rankings

  • Traffic increases

  • Specific keyword positions

  • Sales or revenue increases

  • Google algorithm stability

We guarantee that the work purchased will be completed to professional industry standards, but no specific performance outcomes can be promised.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete your campaign, you may be required to provide:

  • Access to your website or hosting

  • Access to Google Search Console

  • Access to Google Analytics / GA4

  • Access to Google Business Profile

  • Branding materials or content

  • Business information (services, service areas, hours, etc.)

Delays in providing requested information may extend deadlines or delay campaign execution.

5. Payment & Billing

  • All SEO campaign plans are pre-paid.

  • Work begins once payment is confirmed.

  • Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

  • Failed or late payments may result in service pause or cancellation.

All payments are final.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services:

— including partial refunds, unused time, or dissatisfaction with results.

Once work begins, time and resources are allocated to your campaign and cannot be reversed.

7. Service Timeline

  • 3–6 months for noticeable traffic growth

  • 6–12+ months for competitive industries

By purchasing, you acknowledge SEO is a gradual process, not an immediate result.

8. Third-Party Tools & Accounts

You grant us permission to access and optimize these platforms on your behalf.

You retain full ownership of all accounts.

You agree that:

We are not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting or previous developers.

  • We do not participate in spam networks or black-hat link schemes

  • Third-party platform fees (if applicable) are the client’s responsibility

You acknowledge that Google algorithm changes may affect backlink value over time.

11. Suspension of Services

We may pause or cancel services if:

  • Client fails to provide required access

  • Client engages in abusive behavior

  • Payment is not completed

  • Website contains illegal or harmful content

No refunds will be issued for suspensions caused by client actions.

12. Limitation of Liability

SEO Campaign Plans is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Drops in rank

  • Website issues not caused by our actions

  • Google algorithm updates

  • Hosting failures

  • Third-party plugin conflicts

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service purchased.

13. High-Risk Industry Website Disclaimer

Certain businesses operate in regulatory, compliance-sensitive, or high-risk industries, including but not limited to:

  • Medical, health services, medical devices

  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, CBD, THC, cannabis or hemp products

  • Firearms, ammunition, self-defense products, or weapon-related industries

13.2 Client Responsibility for Compliance

Clients operating in high-risk categories are fully responsible for:

  • Confirming all products and services comply with local, state, and federal laws

  • Confirming all content, claims, and representations meet regulatory requirements

  • Ensuring their website adheres to platform-specific advertising policies (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Managing age-verification requirements where applicable

  • Maintaining proper licensing, permits, and certifications

13.3 Limitation of Liability for High-Risk Industries

SEO Campaign Plans is not liable for any:

  • Legal actions or penalties

  • Advertising restrictions

  • Lawsuits or compliance violations

  • Damages arising from the client’s business activities or products

All risks associated with operating in a regulated industry are assumed by the client.
